Great company, I ordered a pouch and there was a mistake with the stitching, I made them aware, they addressed my concern immediately without all the hassle and admitted it was a mistake with quality control. Understatement, they then sent me out a new pouch, with an additional pouch with 2 ulti clips! $40 value atleast. These ladies and gentlemen are great in a world where companies dont stand by their products it’s nice to know they truly take the quality and customer experience serious and not for granted. Wish more companies would do the same. I will definitely be recommended and will continue purchasing.
